I ordered from loop-mobile.co.uk and, to be honest, it just felt really good from the start. It turned up faster than I had in my head, which was a nice surprise.
The updates came through when they should, and the delivery happened right on time. No annoying waiting around or that weird feeling of not knowing what’s going on, which I really appreciated.
Everything arrived safely and was packed properly. It was all just simple, easy, and left me feeling happy about the whole thing. I’d definitely use them again.

"Battery health was kind of a letdown :/"
The phone looked good when it showed up, so no complaints there. But the battery health was lower than I was expecting, and it drains fast 😕 It works okay for basic things, but it starts lagging if I have a few apps open. Not terrible, just thought it would be a bit better for the price. Delivery was fine though 👍

The phone was fine at first, but I ended up having to use the warranty after a few weeks, which was a bit embarrassing because I felt like I’d somehow done something wrong. They did get it sorted in the end, but I had to chase them more than I expected. Not a terrible experience, just not exactly great either.

Customer service did get back to me and answered my question eventually, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I was expecting, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, it was okay, but I do think they could be quicker with replies. Has anyone else had the same issue?
