Great phone, exactly as stated and trade-in was brilliant.

I bought 2 I watches one for myself and one for my mum, both perfect..
We selected (Good) and we were both very pleased with what we received.
Also Turned up quickly.
My first time buying refurbished definitely worth doing and saved so much money too.
I’m very happy with the whole experience

Good company and customer service, but I think their quality checks could do with a little more work.

I ordered a iPhone 13 pro in pristine condition, it came exactly as described and with 100% battery health. But had a notification come up on the phone that said the camera wasn’t recognised as a genuine part; and all parts we’re supposed to be genuine.

I arranged for a replacement which was fast and easy, the 2nd phone came with some small scratches on the side and battery at 88% battery health - Loop agreed to refund me the difference between the price of a pristine condition phone and a very good condition phone.

I took a gamble and ordered the exact same phone again, which arrived in immaculate condition, not a single mark and battery health on 100% - so will be returning the other.

Seems like the quality/grades are a little inconsistent and maybe it’s something Loop need to take a look at

This was my first time buying a refurbished phone and after reading several reviews (and buying from another site and returning) I was extremely happy with my purchase from Loop Mobile. I bought an Iphone 13 mini in 'very good condition' - it arrived quickly, had 100% battery and not a scratch on it! Very pleased and would certainly use them again.

Fast delivery and perfect item, I went for the “very good” condition item and certainly don’t regret it. The item arrived in immaculate condition and the updates / tracking on the delivery was brilliant.

Clear website, good information about my order which arrived really quickly. Excellent refurbished watch - great value and looks good as new!

Purchased a smart watch and worked fine for a few months. Still within warranty, the watch has stopped charging completely. They have not responded to any messages sent regarding this. Awful customer service.

I returned an IPhone, and this company have failed to refund me. It has been 4 months with no them refusing to offer a refund even though the phone was faulty and was sent back to them within the 1 year guarantee. Please avoid this company. I will update this website if they refund me, however it has been many months without any resolution, I am left without a phone and minus £780.

Just got the phone in good condition and apart from micro invisible scratches the phone is in a perfect condition. Battery life 95.54%, was hoping for a 100% but the performance of this phone’s battery is as described by Apple really, much better than my android phone which is a long waited update for Apple.

Also not sure if the usb was apple’s but it it feels like it is a good quality one. Arrived next day and all good.

I have returned a faulty smartwatch, I have been promised a refund.
The money was returned to my account around three weeks later. There appears to have been a ‘glitch’ during the refund process. The matter is now resolved. The customer service was quite good, Ionela, Loopmobile customer service, was a great help. 3⭐️ due to faulty watch.
